Your prospectus procedure is scheduled for two hours. All your dissertation committee members must attend the prospectus presentation. Here are the procedures in the prospectus presentation.
The student presents the first three chapters of your dissertation manuscript for 20-30 minutes.
The student answers questions from the dissertation committee.
The dissertation committee deliberates on the students' prospectus manuscript, presentation, and answers, and decides whether the student meets the expectations and moves forward to the dissertation process. The committee may request revisions.
